Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below that amount, a small shipping fee may apply depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is between 8–15 business days, depending on your country. Shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe typically arrives faster.
How can I contact support?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and digital wallet payments (like Apple Pay and Google Pay) for your convenience and security.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at support@havenlygrove.com if you made a mistake. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. Once it’s shipped, unfortunately, we can’t change the address.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placing them. After that, your order is processed and sent to our fulfillment partner for shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?
We’ll take care of it!
If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 30 business days, contact us and we’ll resend it or issue a refund.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Most orders don’t incur customs fees, but in some countries (especially in Europe), local duties or taxes may apply.
